Under the umbrella of Ceylon Tea Company, we offer a delightful range of tea products such as black, green tea and flavoured tea in loose packs and tea bags. These products are constantly updated and new innovative packs are regularly developed to keep ahead of global trends. The CTC product range is positioned to offer the best value to our clientele, by ensuring you the highest quality standards at a competitive price.

All of our brands are packed at state-of-the-art production facilities utilizing the latest high-tech automated processing and packaging machinery to ensure you the highest quality product. Each shipment undergoes rigorous quality checks, and is tested by experienced tea tasters and quality supervisors during every stage of production up to the time of shipment. Finally, each arriving shipment is personally approved by our own staff, giving it an added assurance of quality.

Administrative System

The administrative system of our Corporation has been designed on a firm foundation of trustworthiness. We expect from each other loyalty to the Corporation, to its world-embracing vision, and to all other team members. We seek to embody and develop in all of our employees the following qualities:

The spirit of our management style is based upon consultation at every level. Each department has a team, headed by a manager, which conducts its affairs in accordance with the policies set by our Corporation, the laws of the land, and common sense. The Corporation is headed by an Executive Team comprised of Directors of the Board. Associates of all levels, after consultation with fellow team members, are encouraged to make suggestions to the Executive Team for the development of the Corporation. All are expected to conduct themselves in harmony as members of one body.
